Accomplish Change may collect Personal Information from you, but only if you provide it to us voluntarily. You must provide Personal Information in the form of a unique identifier (username, password) to enter certain parts of our web site. In addition, in certain situations, such as when a purchaser buys a product as a gift and supplies the recipients’ name and address, we collect Prospect Information.

During your use of our Web Site, we will collect certain Non-Identifying Personal Information to enhance the functionality of the Web Site and to make your access more convenient and efficient. Our Mailing List
Periodically, we may send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you.  Only Accomplish Change Aisling Or Ray will send you these direct mailings and we use an industry leading email marketing company named Constant Contact to delivery them to you. All our e-mail newsletters and offers will contain a link for you to un-subscribe at anytime.

Refund Policy:
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). Accomplish Change accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer. Accomplish Change will only issue a Refund to the original funding source. For example, an order funded via Credit Card will be issued a Refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order. An order funded via PayPal will be issued a Refund to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is closed, the Customer should contact Accomplish Change for assistance. There will be no refunds made, if a workshop is paid for and the participant has a “no show” however we are happy for you to transfer your funds to another one of our workshops within a year of such a payment or purchase.

Your audio file purchases will be available to you from within your shop account and it can be downloaded Twice...
Please honour copyright laws.
Please follow directions for downloading your audio tracks and choose a file in your computer to store it that you will easily find later.
By ordering from our self help shop, you understand that no audio track can be listened to while operating any machinery.
For maximum comfort we recommend that you find a place to rest where you won’t be disturbed.
