What is Hypnosis?
If you ask 200 experts, you will get 200 answers and all of them will be correct, but you will find that there are
many contradictions. There will be many ambiguities and “I don’t knows.” One thing they will all agree on is that
it exists and although we do not fully understand it we can use it to produce great results in our lives, in the same way no one knows for sure what electricity is either, yet that is no hindrance to its usefulness!
