Hypnosis is Safe, highly Effective and assists change for Positive Behaviour!
What does it feel like?
There is no such thing as a “Hypnotised” feeling… As you know, each of us experiences everything that happens during the course of our lives differently. You are unique and however, you experience it is exactly right for you.
You may however feel, heavier or as if you are floating, tingling, fluttering of your eyes, body temperatures fluctuating … whatever you feel and experience is right for you… It’s that simple.
Clients generally experience a pleasant, heightened awareness of sensations; along with your mind drifting off
and drifting back into awareness… because you are so relaxed.
At all times you remain in control and perfectly awake. Hypnosis for therapeutic purposes is just about relaxation. You may feel very heavy, relaxed, lethargic or quite light and tingly. It's just a wonderful, deeply pleasant and relaxing experience.
It’s a miracle! It works so quickly! I can’t believe it’s that simple!
These are some of the comments we hear, on a daily basis from our clients.

Hypnosis has been in use for thousands of years.
There is a great deal of evidence to support the belief that the Ancient Greeks and Romans - for therapeutic benefit, as far back as about the fourth Century BC were using Hypnosis. From its earliest days, Hypnosis has been used as an amazing tool to facilitate change, healing and self-improvement.
Unfortunately, stage hypnosis often creates the false impression that the participants are under the control of the hypnotist. In reality, those on stage want to be part of the show and will follow through, hypnotic suggestion, as part of the game plan.
Think about it!
How often does one get an opportunity to get up on a stage, make a complete ass of themselves and then not have to take responsibility! You are 100% fully aware of what you are doing!!!

What types of Hypnosis do we use at Accomplish Change Clinic?
We use two main types, Suggestion Therapy & Analytical Hypnotherapy
Analytical Hypnotherapy and Suggestion Hypnotherapy both have their role to play in helping people resolve their personal issues.
Analytical Hypnotherapy and Suggestion Therapy can be used to help with many physical and psychological issues, ranging from anxiety and panic attacks, to phobias, social anxiety, nail biting, stopping smoking, IBS, nerve rashes and much more…
Deciding which would be best for you, would depend on how deeply seated the problem lies.
Analytical Hypnotherapy
Analytical Hypnotherapy / Hypnoanalysis - is effectively psychotherapy / psychoanalysis using hypnosis.
Hypnoanalysis has helped countless people over the years. The aim of Hypnoanalysis is not to 'control', or 'manage' the problem. The aim is to allow you discover and resolve the root cause of your issue completely, which has been locked away in the attic of your unconscious, allowing you to move forward with a sense of relief and resolution from your presenting symptoms and issues.
Hypnoanlaysis can be used to resolve phobias, fears, general anxieties, social anxieties, eating disorders and other emotional and psychological problems and or symptoms of the psyche.
It is used a lot when you have tried everything else and nothing has worked and or, when you don’t know what is wrong with yourself, but you know that something is holding you back in life and you can’t put your finger on it!
The number of sessions required for this therapy is between 8 and 15
Suggestion Hypnotherapy
While Suggestion Therapy has thousands of uses, and can be extremely effective, it does not reveal the root cause of a problem and is mainly used more for habits, such as nail-biting, stop smoking, exam nerves, concentration and focus, driving test nerves, etc.
The number of sessions required for this Therapy is between 1 and 3
What is the difference between them?
To give an insight into the difference between the two therapy techniques, we can use a metaphor of a cracked wall:
Suggestion therapy merely 'papers over the cracks’; whereas Analytical therapy checks to see why the wall is cracking in the first place to help the 'householder' put it right.
Hypnosis has become so popular that it now goes under many different names
such as relaxation therapy, meditation, reframing, guided imagery,
visualization and is now gaining more and more credibility.
