Achieve a Safer, Easier and More Comfortable Birth with Hypnobirthing
What is Hypnobirthing all about?
More than 10,000 happy couples have had their lives changed for the better by Hypnobirthing. More than 500
news organizations— including Good Morning America, The Today Show, Dateline, The Richard & Judy Show, Time, Newsweek, Parenting and Better Homes & Gardens, The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, The Daily Mail, TV3 — have joined the movement for better birthing.
The concept of Hypnobirthing is not new, but rather a rediscovery of the philosophy of birthing as it existed thousands of years ago and as it was set out in the work of Dr. Grantly Dick-Read, an English obstetrician, who
first forwarded the concept of natural birthing in the 1920s.
Hypnobirthing founder Marie Mongan explodes the myth of pain as a natural accompaniment to birth. She proves through sound medical information that it is not our bodies but our culture that has made childbirth a moment of anguish, and that when we release the fear of birth, a fear that is keeping our bodies tense and closed, we will
also release the pain.
What’s in it for you?
A relaxed you, a relaxed baby, a supportive and relaxed birthing Partner that benefits all of you, both before,
during and after birthing!
What will you learn?
Even if you are currently unsure of an intervention-free birth. We prepare both you and your birthing companion
to feel ultimately confident in giving birth to your new baby. Whilst also learning to separate and release the fear
of childbirth and pain that has been conditioned in us since childhood.
